It is doubtful if any county can match the zest and enthusiasm that there is for Gaelic football at all levels within Tyrone.
Over the course of the past two decades the Red Hands have raised the bar for virtually every other county in terms of under-age structures, games development, provision of first-class facilities and, of course, All Ireland success embracing several different competitions.
But today past achievements and future plans suddenly count for little if anything at all given the horrific tragedy that unfolded earlier in the week with the death of Michaela Harte, daughter of Tyrone senior football manager Mickey Harte, while on honeymoon on the idyllic island of Mauritius.
