James: I didn't quit over Dunc - The Sun

DRAGONS' Den star James Caan insists his feud with Duncan Bannatyne did not lead him to quit.

James, 50, said: "I'm a grown-up. I wouldn't allow emotion to get in the way of my decision."

James has not spoken to Duncan, 61, for nine months. He admitted he quit the show without telling the other Dragons.

He said: "The show doesn't last forever and you have to focus on life after it."
