Motorists have been warned of hazardous conditions on roads throughout Scotland as snow and ice returned to the country.
Flights to and from Edinburgh Airport were halted this morning after 2.5in of snow fell overnight.
Operator BAA warned passengers to expect some delays as services resumed once the snow had been cleared.
