TWO British men were gunned down in a botched street robbery in Florida, police revealed yesterday.
The pair, thought to be tourists, were killed as they returned to their hotel in Miami on Saturday night.
Police said they died after what was thought to be a mugging gone wrong.

"Next of kin have been informed. We are talking to two families."
US cities like Miami are popular with British tourists and such shootings are rare.
In November, 2009, father-of-one Thomas Reeve, 28, of Maidenhead, Berks, was shot dead when a robber fired into a bar in Amarillo, Texas, where he was drinking.
