Catherine's Alexander McQueen gown, her tiara and other knick-knacks from the royal wedding, including the cake, will be on display to the public beginning Saturday. So far, 125,000 tickets at a cost of about $29 each have been purchased.
When the royal women visited the exhibit, the Queen had this to say of the dress, according to Us Weekly: "Horrid, isn't it? Horrid and dreadful!"
Was the Queen really joking? Maybe not, if you believe a report from the AFP. "It's made to look very creepy," the Queen said of the display, according to a reporter from Britain's Press Association. The palace would not comment on the conversation.
