Fans documented the intimate moment on their phones and cameras. The pair couple up as the countdown to 2013 starts and then go in for the full pash to the tune of Auld Lang Syne just as the clock strikes midnight.
Taylor performed a few songs from her album during the night and also found time to share her excitement for the new year.
"Can't. even. verbalize. how stoked I am for 2013!" the 23-year-old tweeted.
"Haylor" have been dating for a month and have already been on their first couples retreat with Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez.
