Rangel in for taxing time - The Sun

FORMER accountant Angel Rangel used to dream of looking after Pepe Reina's tax returns.

Now Swansea defender Rangel aims to put keeper Reina in the red when the Welsh visit Liverpool today.

Rangel was destined for a life of number crunching and was ready to give up the game in his homeland of Spain.

But his career was rescued when ex-Swans boss Roberto Martinez brought him to Britain for a bargain 10,000 in 2007.

Rangel, 28, said: "When I was back in Spain it was a dream to play at places like Anfield now it's reality.

"I worked for two years as an accountant but once I got the chance to become a pro I took it."
