The suspect, said to be in her early 20s, yesterday attended an East London police station by appointment and was later bailed and ordered to return in January, according to The Sun.
Last month the sisters were attacked by a girl gang in separate incidents following a night out at London club Jet Black.
Sam needed hospital treatment, while Billie had belongings including her Mulberry handbag, house keys and mobile phone stolen, as well as several pieces of jewellery.
A London Met Police spokesman confirmed: "A woman in her early 20s was arrested on suspicion of causing actual bodily harm and has been bailed."
The pair have decided to hire bodyguards following the attack, with Sam insisting that she won't let her attackers ruin her life.
