It's one thing to hand your baby over to a politician or a royal for a photo op, but dump your kid in the taloned grip of Lady Gaga and you're almost certain to bring on some tears.
A fan passed their baby to the pop superstar outside Alan Carr's Chatty Man show in London yesterday hoping to get a cute photograph for the family album.
The poor little tyke took one look at Gaga and totally lost the plot.
