NUSA DUA, IndonesiaThe Philippines called for a faster, bolder response to China's increasingly aggressive territorial claims in the resource-rich South China Sea.
While the U.S. and other countries raised worries about China's claims during a series of Asian summits over the weekend, the Philippines, one of the countries most concerned, said nothing has been resolved and that it needs more concrete steps to feel secure.
