Crawley 0-2 Stoke, Stevenage v Tottenham, Liverpool v Brighton - Follow the FA ... - Goal.com

17:30 GMT Half-time run down...

Liverpool lead Brighton 2-1 and are 45 minutes from a place in the FA Cup quarter finals and a home tie against Stoke.

The goal of the game was undoubtedly Kazenga LuaLua (hence the below photo) but the home side have come close to scoring a couple of excellent goals - see Carroll, Suarez and Adam.

Sam Bisby reports:

"That was an absolute scramble of a goal as both outfits fight to get the ball in the Brighton box. First Luis Suarez has a go and strikes at goal, but a fantastic block sees the ball bounce to Glen Johnson at the back-post. With the Seagulls defenders racing at the full-back, the England international gets his header just right and Liverpool take the lead just one minute from the break. From where I was sitting the goal may have been helped on by one of the visitors, but Johnson will no doubt claim it as his own."

I'll confirm it was a Liam Bridcutt own goal.

He continues: "It's been an interesting game so far and the hosts have had periods of dominance, but Gus Poyet's outfit have made their presence known throughout and although they have failed to build on their fantastic equaliser, they have spent a great deal of time in the Red's half."

Indeed.

I also have Harry Redknapp's reaction to the earlier 0-0 at the Lamex with Stevenage right here.

And now Kazenga:

Just look at his face! Full of purpose.
