Two staff stabbed to death at air hotel - The Sun

TWO workers were found stabbed to death in their blood-spattered staff quarters at a hotel near Heathrow Airport.

A 31-year-old man has been arrested over the murder of the man and woman, who were both in their 20s.

The grisly discovery of the couple one is thought to be English, the other East European was made by a concerned colleague at the Radisson Edwardian Hotel and conference centre.

Their bodies were later removed from the staff quarters, which is in a semi-detached building behind the hotel.

Forensics

Police sealed off the area, in Harlington, West London, after being called on Wednesday afternoon.

They put up a white scene-of-crimes tent in the garden behind the building, and white-suited forensics teams were seen going inside.

Scotland Yard called the deaths "unexplained", and a spokesman said yesterday: "Inquiries are taking place to establish the victims' identities."

The arrested man is at a West London hospital being treated for wrist and neck injuries.

A neighbour near the property said: "It's a dreadful business. I'm shocked. I don't know them, but my thoughts and prayers are with their family."

Hotel bosses declined to comment "on police advice".
