Tulisa and Skins star Jack O'Connell tried to dampen rumours of a romance by taking along his mother and sister.
It was the first time Tulisa, 23, and Jack, 21, had been seen in public since a tape emerged of her performing a sex act on then-boyfriend Justin Edwards.
Lawyers for the N-Dubz singer slapped Edwards, 28, with legal papers demanding 100,000 in damages for alleged breach of privacy and confidence after the six-minute video was leaked online.
A court also banned the 3.90 film from being sold on the net. Now the High Court will be asked to extend the emergency injunction.
Wannabe rap star Edwards, who calls himself MC Ultra, denies he leaked the footage.
Tulisa admitted last week: "I am devastated, heartbroken. "When you share an intimate moment with someone that you love and trust you never imagine for one minute that footage may at any point be shared with the rest of the UK.
"This is the person, Justin Edwards aka Ultra, who is my ex-boyfriend, that has put it online, who is the other person on the tape."
X Factor boss Simon Cowell has refused to sack Tulisa when the show returns later this year. He said: "Absolutely not. No. What she was doing was not illegal."
Tulisa's visit to Egyptian-themed Little Bay in Kilburn, North London where chicken or duck costs 7.25 ended with Jack trying to hide behind his trilby as they pulled away in her sports car.
It was their third date in as many weeks. They went to the Aura nightclub in London's West End and partied in Jack's home city of Derby.
Ten days ago he insisted he was not dating the singer. He wrote on Twitter: "Massive thankings to my MATE Tulisa for a top Wednesday and beyond. Take it easy PAL & maybe see you in USA, my MATE (not lover, not mrs)."
