The N-Dubz singer started going out with the 21-year-old actor just days after her fling with The Only Way Is Essex pin-up Mark Wright in Miami.
Tulisa, 23, and Jack who played drug-addled James Cook in the hit E4 teenage drama partied together at the weekend in Jack's home city of Derby.
A source said: "Tulisa likes him because he is to use her words a 'bit of rough'."
The couple had their first date at Aura nightclub in London's Mayfair last week and were snapped leaving together.
But they may be kept apart by their schedules. Jack, who also played skinhead Pukey Nicholls in Shane Meadows' cult movie This Is England, is understood to be jetting off to the US to film a new role.
Tulisa returned to the UK eight days ago after spending a month in Los Angeles and Miami, recording tracks and shooting a video for her first solo release Young.
The Sun told on Sunday how she and ex-TOWIE star Mark, 25, had hooked up together in Florida. Mark posted a photo of them cheek to cheek on Twitter.
Tulisa split up with her N-Dubz bandmate Richard "Fazer" Rawson, 25, in January after a two-year relationship.
She told her Twitter fans at the weekend that she had a new fella.
She wrote: "I am seeing some1!! Cus Im a bloody human being."
Tulisa added: "Like my men a bit ruff around the edges!"
