Tamara — whose dad is Formula One boss Bernie Ecclestone — said she is now tormented by the suspicion that Omar Khyami rejected her in bed because he was cheating on her with someone else.
The 28-year-old socialite kicked ex-stockbroker Omar, 38, out of her home after seeing film of his sordid sex session.
Tamara, who stands to inherit a £2.7billion fortune, said: "He seemed to have no interest in me sexually in the last year. There were times I would think, 'What can I do? I've got to go on a diet. I need to lose weight'.
"That was the only problem in our relationship, that he seemed to have no interest in me in that way. It made me feel not good enough, made me want to get to the gym. I felt like he didn't want me."
Omar told the beauty it was just stress that prevented him making love to her.
Model Tamara said: "Everything else in our relationship was so perfect. We were such good friends and I felt that maybe it was just a phase.
"Everything had been fine at the start but in the last year things were definitely different between us in that sense.
"I put it down to the fact that everything is cyclical and you go through phases and everything would be fine.
"There's got to be more to a relationship than purely sex. I was happy in every other respect.
"But looking back, I was foolish because we had only been together two and a half years, not 20 years.
"There should have still been a spark there. He said that he was stressed and going through a lot work-wise and didn't feel like having sex, basically."
Omar at first tried to claim that his romp caught on film was at a drunken bash before the couple met.
But heartbroken Tamara said the tape of shame showed him wearing two £30,000 gold Cartier wrist bands she gave him as a token of her love.
Fighting back tears, she said: "There was a yellow gold one that I bought him at the beginning of our relationship.
"Then there was a white gold one that I bought him a year ago in Harrods.
"So I knew that this video had to be in the time that we were living together, sleeping in the same bed every night.
"There was no way this could have been before he met me."
Bernie called Tamara to his office in London's Knightsbridge after he was handed the film last Thursday. Her mum Slavica, 54, was also there.
Tamara could not believe what she was seeing when the tape was played.
She said: "It made me feel nausea, it made me feel sick. It was disturbing. Omar has let me down like no other person has done in my entire life.
"I felt so shocked, so disappointed. I could never have imagined this happening. It just made me feel so ill to see him."
Tamara phoned her sister Petra, 22, and asked her to rush over. She said: "I told Petra I had just seen a tape of Omar having sex with someone else.
"She laughed, she thought it was a joke. But then when she saw the look on all of our faces, she went as white as a sheet."
Tamara told of the showdown she had with Omar on the phone.
She said: "He denied it and then he admitted it. He said he was being blackmailed. I said, 'Well, there was no one holding a gun to your head'.
"He said there was more to it than meets the eye. For me the proof was in the pudding. I had seen the tape.
"I sent his belongings back to his parents' house which is where he was staying before he met me. My sister packed his things up."
Omar is desperate to win back Tamara, as The Sun revealed yesterday.
But she said: "I could never, never go back. There are many things I could forgive and I do believe people make mistakes.
"But the deceit was too much and it made me question if I ever knew him at all.
"When he told me he was at the gym, was he really at the gym? When he said he was in meetings, was he really in meetings?
"It turned my world upside down. Thank God I have not had a child with him and we're not married.
"We've only ever spent a few nights apart, which is why this was so shocking."
Tamara added: "I don't want him to hurt any other girl the way he hurt me. It's the ultimate betrayal."

BERNIE Ecclestone is reported to have put around £1.5BILLION into a trust account for his daughter called Bambino Holdings.
The trust is overseen by his Croatian ex-wife Slavica Radic, 53, who he split from four years ago after 24 years of marriage.
The billionaire, who made his fortune from the ownership of the Formula 1 commercial rights, hoped Tamara would make property investments which would pay-off long-term.
She had invested in a £45million London mansion to share with boyfriend Omar. She has a shoe storage cabinet on a conveyor rack for her £700,000 collection.
Her wardrobe contains £500,000 of Hermes handbags and £70,000 of Christian Louboutin shoes.
She admitted earlier this year: "My dad is often horrified by what I've spent my money on."
