After having had a bad run with dating men in the past year, Tulisa seems to have finally struck gold.
The X Factor judge was seen stocking up for snacks with her rumoured new boyfriend Danny Simpson on Wednesday evening, and was beaming as she gazed longingly at him.
Tulisa, 24, certainly had the look of love in her eyes as she and Danny, 25, stopped by Tesco in Newcastle to collect some goodies, as his ex-girlfriend was proved to be unfounded in her claims that Tulisa was a 'homewrecker'.
The look of love: Tulisa looked completely smitten as she gazed at Danny Simpson when leaving a Tesco in Newcastle on Wednesday evening
As the couple left the shop it seemed extremely clear that Tulisa was completely infatuated with the Newcastle footballer.
The N-Dubz band member was staring or rather looking lovingly up at Danny in awe and amazement.
Tulisa was dressed casually in a pink jumper with a pair of slim fit jeans and white trainers as she carried her handbag.
Danny was a true gentleman and made sure he had all the carrier bags on his arms so his girlfriend was free to admire him.
Tulisa's penchant for dating bad boys may have influenced her choice in Danny as he has not always been a model professional.
Every little helps: The couple were seen stocking up on snacks and goodies as they left the store
In 2011 he was expected to have his licence taken away after being caught doing 48mph in a 30mph zone.
In action: Danny, pictured playing for Newcastle, broke up with his ex girlfriend before dating Tulisa
The 24-year-old defender already had nine points on his licence but pleaded that a ban would cause him 'exceptional hardship'.
Despite being given a further four points he did not have his licence taken away immediately under the 'totting up' procedure because his lawyer announced that he would be appealing.
When asked by prosecutor Fiona Varley if he could not hire a chauffeur if he lost his licence, Simpson replied: 'I don't see a chauffeur as an option because they cost a lot of money.
'I'd have to rely on teammates and taxis. I earn less money than most Premiership players although I am on good money.'
Tulisa has hit back against claims she is a 'homewrecker' by the pregnant ex-girlfriend of Danny.
In a scathing eight page letter the X Factor judge's lawyers deny she knew Ms Ward, 25, was pregnant and slams the idea that she 'stole' the footballer.
Lawyers for Tulisa said: 'Tulisa categorically denies any allegation that she entered any relationship with Danny Simpson while he was still in a relationship with Stephanie Ward.'
Extracts of text messages apparently sent from Ms Ward to a mutual friend are also revealed in the dossier, one message sent in October, said: 'I don't care about me and him or breaking up.'
Astonishingly Ms Ward even fired off a text yesterday to her former lover and father of her child stating: 'Got nothing to lose now... I'll take what I can.'
It would seem the 24-year-old singer had been warned of Stephanie's explosive claims, which were made public on Friday morning.
Taking to her Twitter page, the X Factor judge branded the mother-of-one a 'liar' and a 'psychotic, obsessed nutter'.
She said: 'I av always kept it real n that aint about 2 change, u r a liar n a psychotic obsessed nutta!wait til I tell it how it is...wrongen. (sic)
'I don't want 2 get in2 a public war of words, but what is being written about me 2moro is absolutely not true. (sic)'
Tulis's lawyers reveal Mr Simpson's 'relationship', the pair met a week ago and 'any type of romantic liaison between Mr Simpson and Ms Ward was long over by the beginning of November.'
Stephanie, who is mother to Danny's baby daughter Skye-Lorena and claims to be three months pregnant with their second child, told The Sun newspaper: 'We've been off-and-on for the last seven years - but absolutely solid for the last two.
'As far as I'm concerned he has cheated on me because we hadn't broken up or anything.'
Stephanie continued: 'She's a homewrecker and has destroyed my family.'
However it seems that this claims proved to be unfounded.
