Apple's iPhone5C not to be as cheap as expected - Sci/Tech - DNA - Daily News & Analysis

Apple iPhone's next versions of smartphones, set to be unveiled in the coming month, are reportedly unlikely to be as cheap as previously thought of.

According to Fox News, the plastic version of the iPhone, 5C, is speculated to not have as low a price of 300 dollars as expected earlier but might have a price difference of 200 dollars than the iPhone5S model.

Apple has announced that it will be launching a relatively cheaper, plastic model of its flagship smartphone to lure more customers by making its technology more affordable.

The report added that the iPhone 6 might have a larger screen and be unveiled in early-to-mid 2014.
