IAG investors are the winners after BA's cabin crew dispute - Telegraph.co.uk

The industrial action, which on balance achieved very little for staff, was supported by only 43pc of the 13,500 total crew and deserved to fail. After Thursday BA is a more competitive, flexible business. No doubt the unions will return with more gripes in the future but the result of this dispute is a crucial breakthrough for management and IAG's shareholders in ensuring that BA can be run as a business, rather than a sinecure with wings.
