Ray Winstone is the last dwarf cast in Snow White and the Huntsman - Examiner.com

As Hollywood sets out on a huge Snow White affliction, one of the films soon to be in production appears to have now rounded out its stellar cast with the addition of Ray Winstone. The Hollywood Reporter is stating that Winstone will take over the role of the last dwarf meaning the main cast is now in place for Snow White and the Huntsman.

Winstone will play a dwarf named Trajan and will join:

  • Ian McShane as Caesar
  • Eddie Izzard as Tiberius
  • Toby Jones as Claudius
  • Stephen Graham as Nero
  • Bob Hoskins as Constantine
  • Eddie Marsan as Hadrian

Special effects and CGI will help shrink the actors so they can be appropriate dwarf height.

Along with the seven dwarfs, the three main roles in this reimagined look at the classic fairy tale also have some big names in place. Kristen Stewart is playing Snow White, Chris Hemsworth will be the Huntsman, and Charlize Theron will take on the part of the Evil Queen.

The plot is said to be one that includes a lot more of the huntsman than simply being the one set out to take Snow White's heart (literally) but ends up helping her escape. Now it appears as if the Huntsman will help Snow White much more thoroughly and train her to survive on her own.

Snow White and the Huntsman is set to begin production in the coming months for a release date of June 1, 2012. Those in New Orleans will be able to pre-order their tickets here once the release date gets closer. Tickets will be able to be found for such locations as The Palace at Elmwood, Canal Place, and the Chalmette Movies.
