UK Private-Sector Pay Growth Climbs To 3% - IDS - Wall Street Journal

LONDON (Dow Jones)--British private-sector workers enjoyed a bigger rise in pay in the three months through April, but a freeze on public-sector salaries kept overall U.K. pay growth unchanged, a survey showed Thursday.
