Occupy London has issued a statement saying that they chose to go into Panton House, the offices of mining company Xstrata, "to highlight the fact that CEO Mick Davies was the highest compensated CEO of all the FTSE 100 companies in the last year, when his companies had losses and the economy collapsed".
The National Day of Action march was organised on the day that over two million public sector workers took part in strikes over public sector pension changes.
