A stunning society girl said to have snogged Prince Harry has laughed off claims of a romance, insisting: "Harry? He's not even my type."
Model Cressida Bonas, 23 described by a friend as "quite a wild thing" reportedly kissed and cuddled Britain's most eligible bachelor, 27, at a club.
Then they are said to have played cat and mouse "trying not to be seen" as they left separately at 4am.
But a pal told the Sunday Mirror yesterday: "Any rumours there is more to it just isn't true at least for now.
"Cressida's shocked there has been such a fuss over all of this.
"She can't believe she's hit the front pages over simply talking to him. Harry's a flirt but there's nothing going on with them.
"She joked, 'Harry? He's not even my type'. She's heard from him since the news broke and they're both finding it very funny.
"Harry definitely wants there to be a romance and has been pursuing her. But she's playing hard to get.
"The truth is they've known each other for a long time through friends and they party together."

Burberry model Cressida was with Harry at The Salon in Mayfair this week after they attended the premiere of Batman film The Dark Knight Rises.
In a white dress and high heels, Cressida who looks like Harry's ex Chelsy Davy jumped into a cab alone as she left the nightclub.
She has told friends she simply went home.
Her pal added: "She's off on holiday this week, has a very normal life and isn't the next girlfriend of Harry. They were just in the same room at the same time.
"She's an extremely fun girl but she's quite a wild thing too and would have a nightmare if she was dating Harry.
"She enjoyed her gap year in Australia recently and is known for being extremely fun at a party. She wouldn't like to be living her life in front of the world's prying eyes."
Aspiring actress Cressida is the daughter of society figures Jeffrey Bonas and 60s cover girl Lady Mary-Gaye Georgiana Lorna Curzon. Cressida is also the half-sister of actress and model Isabella Calthorpe and went to Leeds university, where Chelsy also studied.
Speculation that they are dating follows Harry's moan during an interview on US TV this year that girls are being put off by his title. He also hinted that he's keen to settle down.
Cressida's mum Lady Mary-Gaye, daughter of racing driver Earl Howe, was the British "It Girl" of her day and has been married four times.
She appeared in daring 60s coffee table book Birds of Britain, posing half-naked and covered in engine oil as a nod to her father's racing past.
