A PLUMBER found a photo of his wife's lover performing a sex act on her phone, a court heard yesterday.
Ian Puddick, 41, said he only realised wife Leena, 36, was having an affair after seeing a text message from millionaire City boss Timothy Haynes.
Puddick told London's Westminster magistrates he was sunbathing in his garden when the message came through.
It spoke of a sex act and added: "You are such a sensual girl."
Puddick - a star of Channel 4's Bricking It - found a photograph on the phone and said it showed a sex act.
Puddick, of Enfield, North London, said Leena later told him in tears that Mr Haynes' wife Annja had called her to say: "I hope you don't get pregnant and if you do, I hope your baby dies."
Puddick told the court how, when a pregnant Leena allegedly received a similar call a few months later, it was shortly followed by a miscarriage.
Puddick, now back with Leena, admits posting details of his ordeal on websites, but denies harassment.
The hearing could help define the limits of free expression online.
Case continues.
