Pippa Middleton hits the dance floor at charity party - USA Today

The Middleton sisters got dressed up last night for two charity events.

Pippa Middleton wore a Project D "Elle" floral gown (retail price: approximately $980) for an event supporting the Too Many Woman campaign, a breast cancer awareness organization, in Richmond, England.

Also at the party were Sienna Miller and the Duchess of York, Sarah Ferguson. Pippa was spotted hitting the dance floor - with her friend Katie Readman.

Meanwhile, Pippa's big sister Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, also stepped out for a charity event. She wowed in a red evening gown by Beulah London at an event at St. James's Palace in London.
