Venezuela's president is to expel three US diplomats whom he has accused of plotting to destabilise his government.
President Nicolas Maduro claims the three took part in a power-grid sabotage which caused a nationwide blackout last September. They have 48 hours to leave the country.
Relations between the two nations have been bad for over a decade. The US has denied the allegations.
