Second paedo attack on kid in McDonald's - The Sun

A PREDATORY paedophile lured a boy aged seven into a McDonald's toilet and carried out a sickening sex attack, a court heard yesterday.

It was the second case this year involving sex abuse at a branch of the fast food chain.

At the time of the latest attack Dean Freeman, 24, was free on licence after serving just half of a sentence for abducting another boy, aged ten.

He went to the packed fast food restaurant in Basildon, Essex, on April 15 and lured his victim into the toilets.

Freeman, who was being monitored by probation and police officers, forced the child to perform a sex act with him. He spoke at Basildon Crown Court only to admit sexual activity with a child under 13 and breaching an order banning contact with anyone under 16.

The order was imposed after the previous offence, for which he was jailed for five years and eight months in 2008.

He had phoned a school in Rayleigh, Essex, posing as the father of a ten-year-old pupil.

The brute persuaded staff to put the lad in a taxi he sent to take him for a "dental appointment". But the evil plot failed.

Freeman will be sentenced for the McDonald's attack in June.

Angry local parents last night urged the closure of a bail hostel in Pitsea where he was staying.

In January, vile Simon Archer, 23, was jailed indefinitely for sex attacks on brothers aged seven and four at a McDonald's in Welling, South East London.
