A woman has been airlifted to hospital after falling 40ft down a cliff while trying to find a toilet during a camping trip in west Wales.
The unnamed camper was visiting the Cae Du campsite in Rhoslefain with friends when the accident occurred.
She had left her tent in the middle of the night to go to the toilet but reportedly became disorientated because she didn't have a torch.
After losing her way, she took a wrong turn and plummeted down the beach cliff.
A spokeswoman for the campsite said: 'She went to the toilet at 1:30 am on Friday morning.
'A friend was supposed to go with her with a light but she went on her own. She fell right off the campsite, it is a long way down.
'The friends raised the alarm an hour after.'
The woman was found at the bottom of cliffs in Rhoslefain and then airlifted to Ysbyty Gwynedd Hospital in Bangor.
An RAF spokeswoman added: 'RAF Search & Rescue went to this mission, however the WAA crew later transferred the patient to another hospital due to the nature of her injuries.'
