Fans have been sent into a frenzy after he gave them a "cheeky glimpse" of his stomach from his hotel window before sneaking off for a 99p McFlurry from a nearby McDonald's.

The star, said to be worth more than £65million, tweeted to his nearly 21 million followers on Twitter:

"Eating a steak and gonna get a good night's rest and relax. I hear u guys outside the hotel...and I LOVE U!"

Meanwhile other newspaper reports claimed that the star flew into the Britain on Monday amid wild scenes, with about 200 aides and support staff.

He later added: "who am i? the luckiest guy on the planet. im a fighter for what i believe in but i have millions next to me. thankyou. #BestFansEVER."

At the launch of his album at a central London nightclub, in a bizarre effort to stop details leaking that guests were frisked with metal detectors, the Daily Mirror reported.

The singer has revealed he has written a song about Mariah Yeater, the woman who accused him of fathering her child.

She dropped the claim after he offered to have a DNA test.
