Manchester City star Mario Balotelli has reportedly cheated on his model girlfriend Rafaella Fico, 23, with personal assistant Chloe Evans, 21.
According to Chloe, she and Mario had sex in October 2011, by which point he and Rafaella had been dating for four months.
During their time together, Mario apparently enjoyed a makeover session when Chloe made him up as a woman.

Balotelli has previously admitted to a fling with Wayne Rooney escort Jennifer Thompson during his relationship with Rafaella, who has been quoted as saying she would marry him.
According to The Sun, Chloe spent a full week at his mansion this month, where the pair discovered his love of lipstick.
'We were both a bit bored and messing about. so I turned him into a WAG for a laugh!,' 21-year-old Chloe told The Sun.
'We used my make-up, and before you knew it he was Marilyn Balotelli!'
'I got a blonde wig that I had at the time and put that on him to complete the look. Mario loved it, he started prancing around and posing in front of the mirror. He said he looked prettier than me.'

Apparently Mario drew the line at stilettos and a dress, though Chloe said she was confident he could have rocked the look.
Perhaps it was her skills as a make-up artist which endeared Chloe to Mario, as the PA insisted: 'He always comes back to me. I'm his favourite.'
The twosome are said to have first got together in mid-2010, but Chloe says she dumped Mario in early 2011, before caving to his incessant calls and starting an affair while he was seeing Rafaella.
The blonde claims that Mario had led her to believe that he and Rafaella weren't together during her stay at his home.
Chloe says that she initially resisted Mario's advances, and stopped him while they were having intercourse for the first time, reminding him that he had a girlfriend.

She alleges that Mario pestered her constantly via text and Facebook, and said he was unable to go longer than a week without sex.
Chloe claims that she broke up with Mario after a row at his house, but on Thursday he turned up to her home to beg her to come back.
The pair reportedly first met at Manchester's Sugar Buddha nightclub, after which they quickly tarted sleeping together following intense pressure via text from Mario.
Chloe says is was his possessiveness that drove her to break up with him- and that he once accused her of an affair with her gay hairdresser.

She added that Mario claimed he needed to have sex to improve his stamina for football, and especially loved to kiss her and see her in the shower.
Meanwhile Rafaella recently told an Italian magazine; 'Mario is the man I love.'
'We are both very busy and very young. But if he asked me to marry him, I would accept. I, like him, dream of a family.'
