NATO members have begun a two-day meeting to discuss how far their Libyan campaign should go to support the rebel forces.

TONY JONES, PRESENTER: NATO members have been playing down their differences on Libya as they begin two days of talks in the German capital, Berlin.Ministers arriving said they were united in the common goal of seeking an end to the Gaddafi regime.
But disagreements re-emerged over whether UN resolutions allowed the delivery of weapons to the rebels.
Qatar has been pushing for the arming of the rebels; Britain is already supplying satellite phones and body armour.
