A GIRL aged 15 has died and three 14-year-olds are in hospital after taking drugs at a party.
Isobel Reilly was rushed to hospital after police were called in the early hours of Saturday but died later that day.
Two boys are being kept in for observation along with a girl, whose 60-year-old father has been arrested.
Academic Brian Dodgeon, thought to own the property where the party took place, was held on suspicion of possessing drugs and child abandonment.
Dodgeon, a research fellow at the University of London's Institute of Education, is believed to have been out of the house in Notting Hill, West London, at the time. He has been released on bail until June.
It is believed Isobel, known as Issy, died after taking ecstasy, but a stash apparently found by partygoers inside the house also contained other substances including LSD and the horse tranquilliser Ketamine.
Last night a spokesman for Isobel's grief-stricken family said: "Isobel's family and friends are devastated and heartbroken by her untimely death.
"We hope that if anything positive comes from this dreadful event it is that others will make the right decisions to be safe and well in the future. If anyone has any information concerning Issy's death could they please contact the police."
Issy, of Acton, West London, was a pupil at Chiswick Community School.
Yesterday headteacher Tony Ryan said: "Isobel was an extremely popular girl and counted many of her fellow pupils as friends. Her tragically early death is devastating news to everyone associated with the school and all our thoughts are with her family at this time."
The Met's Det Sgt Neil Philpott said: "We believe the victim was taken ill during a party in Notting Hill.
"We are yet to make contact with all those who attended and would ask anyone who was present at any point during the evening to make contact with officers."
