Receptionists at London's Royal Garden Hotel have taken more than 2,000 calls from his fans asking to be put through to his suite.
Many have come up with imaginative fake identities in an effort to convince staff, including using names of the singer's relatives, friends from home... and one even claimed to be Justin's personal stripper.
He might not have minded if that one had got through.
Justin only arrived in London on Monday but the deluge of calls has been so huge, fans have claimed the hotel were forced to change their phone number.
A source said: "Justin's fanbase are relentless they will do anything to get near him.
"The phones in the hotel haven't stopped ringing since he arrived.
"Staff knew there would be pandemonium but not to this extent."
He has hardly helped the situation, giving fans a cheeky glimpse of his six-pack from his window. Justin managed to battle through the crowds when he headed to an interview with Kiss FM yesterday.
He didn't have to resort to going undercover, unlike the previous evening when he embarked on a late-night trip to McDonald's.
He bought a 99p McFlurry after eating dinner in his hotel room.
Justin wrote on Twitter: "Eating a steak and gonna get a good night's rest and relax. I hear you guys outside the hotel... and I LOVE YOU!"
Food was on his mind again during the Q&A session he hosted to plug his new album Believe.
Justin recommended treating girls to picnics instead of buying a gift.
He said: "Girls would rather have love than gifts.
"What is a gift? It's just something from a store. Girls love something that is done for them from the heart, rather than gifts. Girls love picnics."
Justin took his girlfriend Selena Gomez on a picnic in Griffith Park in LA earlier this month.
Considering he can afford to buy her anything she wants, opting for a homemade lunch in a park does suggest he's a romantic.
Either that or he's tight.
