Life is a rollercoaster... and right now Ronan Keating's at rock bottom.
The heartbroken Boyzone star has spoken about his split from wife Yvonne, saying: "It's tough times."
They have both removed their wedding rings but they still love each other, Ro, 35, insisted last night.
He added: "You can only keep going. You can't hide away, you've got to keep on moving.
"But it is tough times and we're trying to get through it as a family and we still love each other."
Bandmate Keith Duffy, 37, who joined Ronan yesterday at an event to launch World Autism Awareness Day in Dublin, said he was taking the Boyzone lads on a boozy night out to help Ro get over the painful split.
Keith added: "We're flying to London. We have meetings with the record companies to find out if there's going to be a new anniversary record.
"I'll see what happens maybe a tour, maybe an album, it depends if people want to see it."
Ronan and his wife, who have been married for 14 years, attempted to patch things up following his affair with blonde backing dancer Francine Cornell but Yvonne, 37, was unable to forgive and forget.
After news of his affair emerged, Yvonne booted the singer out of their mansion in May 2010.
They reconciled later as they strived to rebuild the relationship for their children.
But the cracks were still there and Ronan's role on the Australian X Factor put more strain on the couple as he was forced to work Down Under for months at a time.
Last night a source said: "Things are pretty tense but they will remain an integral part of one another's lives. They remain friendly."
