When they spent time travelling around America, One Direction threw themselves into the spirit of things.
And as they get to grips with their new surroundings in Australia, the boys have been trying to fit in by trying out a number of local delicacies.
But singer Niall Horan was given a shock when he had to try Vegemite spread for the first time on live TV.

Giving it a go: One Direction's Niall Horan appeared on Australian TV show Sunrise, where he was asked to try local delicacy Vegemite
The singer couldn't even try to pretend he enjoyed the paste as he spat out the food for all to see on the early morning programme.
The boys had been invited on to Channel 7 breakfast show Sunrise to be interviewed.
Oh dear! Niall spat the food out on live TV when he was given a taste by the presenters
New tour Down under: The boys jetted into Sydney earlier this week and have been met with hysteria by fans again
The culprit: Niall reaches for a piece of Vegemite toast, but will soon spit it out again
Things began well as they were introduced as 'the world's biggest boy band' fresh from their successful stint in the States.
During the show each bandmember was asked to try out different foods.
Zayn Malik chomped on a Pineapple Lump, while Louis Tomlinson was offered a taste of some Caramello chocolate.
Table of goodies: All the boys tried some local delicacies while sitting on the Sunrise couch, as screaming fans waited outside the studio
Going down well: Harry Styles seemed to really enjoy the pie he was given, chowing it down happily
Liam Payne also got an easy task as he tried out local biscuits Tim-Tams.
And Harry Styles was offered a meat pie which he chowed down happily.
Although he committed a sin when he failed to eat it like the natives with sauce on top of it.
But it was Niall who was given the trickiest task as he was given a slice of toast with Vegemite spread on top.
He got the best deal! Liam Payne was given a chocolate Tim Tam to try
A helping hand: The hosts asked the boys to stand up and ask the fans to move back so no one got hurt
Irish Niall looked dubious as he bit down on the dark food paste.
And he caused giggles from the boys and audience when he spat it back out into his hand.
He even took to Twitter after the slot to confirm he was not a fan of Vegemite.
Niall wrote: 'Can clearly say vegemite is horrible! Like tryin new stuff though.'
The boys flew into Sydney earlier this week fresh from their trip around America and Canada.
Popular: Security had to be called around the Channel 7 studios while the boys conducted the interview due to the amount of fans turning up
Going wild: Around a dozen fans needed first aid treatment after passing out
And the same hysteria that they were met with in the US has followed them Down Under.
As they arrived at the Channel 7 TV studios police were reportedly forced to erect steel fencing to prevent the hordes of fans who had crowded around the building.
The hosts of Sunrise asked the boys to stand up and gesture for the fans to move back in unison.
And relax... The boys have enjoyed some down time since they travelled to Australia and have clearly got into the swing of things
Water wonderful time: The former X Factor stars appear to be enjoying their new sunny city
Niall has also expressed his concern as the hysteria grows.
He added on Twitter: 'Guys this is crazy here, thank you all soo much! Please stay safe, the police here have been amazing, we don't want anyone t get hurt.'
But they have managed to enjoy some down time - the day before their TV interview the five-piece were seen enjoying a boat trip and a dip in the sea as they sunned themselves.
So glad I'm not young any more, I would be totally in love with all of them..... Age has it's compensations.
