Samantha Brick defends article - ITN

Journalist Samantha Brick has appeared on TV after creating a worldwide debate about people hating her for being beautiful.

The 41-year-old appeared on This Morning responding to comments about her Daily Mail article.

"Women do not like attractive women and that has been proved to me by the thousands of vile messages that I have had on Twitter," she told presenters Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford.

Her article has been read thousands of times and her name has been trending on Twitter.

Brick, who now lives in France, blames jealous women for affecting her career and relationships.
