Court rules against Gove over school buildings - Financial Times

Six local councils on Friday won their High Court challenge over the government's decision to scrap the Building Schools for the Future (BSF) refurbishment programme.

The ruling did not reinstate any of the BSF building projects cancelled by Michael Gove, the education secretary, last year. It did, however, conclude that some of his decisions were made "unlawfully and without justification".
