Kitty Brucknell says she's just like Gaga - The Sun

She said that the Born This Way singer gave her a pep talk which has helped convince her that she's not a "psycho".

Kitty told Daybreak: "I was so emotional, but she was emotional too! It made me feel better because I cry all the time and was worried I was a psycho, but Lady GaGa does it too."

GaGa, who performed on last night's show, stunned the show's judges by taking Kitty back to her dressing room to give her a cup of tea and some advice on how to launch her career.

Kitty, 27, was axed when the judges voted her off following a sing-off with Misha B.

But as their verdict sank in, sobbing Kitty snatched the microphone from host Dermot O'Leary and sang an unaccompanied chorus of Gaga's hit Born This Way.

Kitty, who expected to be given the chop, said on Saturday that she could "identify" with ejected contestant Frankie Cocozza.

She said: "Guys and girls deal with criticism very differently. I got upset and everyone knew I was upset. He bottled it up inside."

Frankie, 18, was shown the door after he boasted about a cocaine-fuelled romp with a blonde.
