Wet T-shirts, man-hugs and blow-up bananas: Is One Direction's clip for 'Live While We're Young' the best boy band pop video ever?

Liam, Harry, Niall, Zayn and Louis fulfil every Directioners' dreams in the hugely anticipated music video for the first single from the boys' upcoming second album Take Me Home.

The song and clip premiered earlier than expected after a leaked version did the rounds. Who could really keep this puppy under wraps?

All the boys are looking fit, but we're still a bit heartbroken that Liam and Zayn keep their shirts on.

At least Niall and Harry are proud of their pecs as they splash about in an inflatable pool.

Other highlights? Zayn's Cruella De Vil hairstyle, Harry suggestively riding a blow-up banana (kid you not), and a rare moment of choreographed dancing.

'Live While We're Young' is a cute companion to 1D's past hits ? you could even call it 'Live While We're Young Thing That Makes You Beautiful'.

It's already the fastest selling pre-order single in history ? another notch in the boys' belts. They've apparently raked in around $155 million in two years, according to Simon Cowell's biographer Tom Bower. That's a lot of wet T-shirts.

'Live While We're Young' is out in Australia on September 28. The album Take Me Home is out November 9.
