THE bride-to-be who ended up in tears after being turned away from a five-star hotel for being the "wrong type" of person works for an adult TV show.
Pauline Bailey, 27, and fiancé Paul Carty hit the headlines yesterday after being accidentally sent an internal email from a wedding co-ordinator seeking advice on how to "put off" the couple because they were "not the type of people" the plush hotel Stoke Park hotel in the UK aims to attract.
Ms Bailey has now been revealed by the UK's Daily Mail as an adult TV channel star called Rachel T who chats to callers while wearing revealing clothes or underwear.
The Red Light Central TV and Playboy TV Chat worker has defended her work, saying she's been a part-time model for five years and her fiance approves.
"I did it part time when I graduated for my master's and then it was going too well to give up and I continued doing it," she said.
"It was just financially viable to continue. Paul's fine with it and I come home to him every night."
Her Facebook page also shows her dressed in a variety of revealing outfits.
A spokesman for the Buckinghamshire hotel says her job was not the reason why she was turned away, insisting no staff members had seen the photos or the adult channel.
Ms Bailey had toured the hotel with her fiance in the hope of booking the famous venue for their upcoming wedding. It would have cost them $15,000 for 30 guests.
But they say the hotel constantly put obstacles in their way after they noticed Mr Carty, who is 24 years older than his bride-to-be, had a pierced eyebrow and two small earrings in his ear.
She has accused the hotel of discrimination over the incident and is considering her legal options.
The hotel has refused to officially comment on the blunder, but sales manager Carlo Zoccali did send the not-so-happy couple an apologetic email.
