ELECTORAL Reform is the issue which will split the Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition in half.

Either Cameron is the double-loser who couldn't win an election or a referendum. Or Clegg is the loser who signed a pact with the Tory Devil but lost the chance to introduce fairer votes.

Either way, the knives will be out for one of them after May 5.

I've backed Aussie Rules' AV, the voting system used in Australia, for 30 years. AV is fairer and makes MPs more accountable than the creaking, politically corrupt Victorian system which delivers elected dictatorships on minority support.

I'll vote Yes on May 5 and I'll giggle all the way to the polling booth.

Because whatever the result, Cocksure Cameron or Calamity Clegg will be a big loser.
