So a Harley Street clinic is refusing to pay for the removal of women's toxic PIP breast implants because it claims it can't afford to carry out the surgery.

Records show that in 2009 the chain of 31 clinics had a turnover of more than £30million.

So let's get over the idea that just because these outfits call themselves clinics they give a monkey's about patient care.

If anything good comes from this PIP scandal, it's that it will be a wake-up call to every TOWIE wannabe who is prepared to butcher her own body for the sake of Barbie doll breasts.
