Supermodel Heidi Klum is set to divorce her singer husband Seal, according to a report.

The German beauty married Seal in 2005 and they have three children together – daughter Lou, 2, and sons Henry, 6, and Johan, 5. Seal also adopted Klum's eldest daughter Leni, 7, from a previous relationship.

The couple is famous for renewing its wedding vows every year with a romantic ceremony in Mexico, but now editors at TMZ.com claim Klum is preparing to file divorce papers amid rumors the pair has split.

The runway star is allegedly expected to file a petition at Los Angeles Superior Court as early as next week, citing irreconcilable differences for the break-up.

Klum and Seal were last pictured together on vacation in Aspen, Colo., after Christmas.

Representatives for both stars had yet to respond to requests for a comment as WENN went to press.
