Last night saw the opening night of I Dreamed A Dream, which is dedicated to her unbelievable rags-to-riches story.
The 50-year-old singer is played on stage by fellow Scot and show co-writer Elaine C Smith, better known for her TV role as Rab C Nesbitt's wife.
But the Britain's Got Talent runner-up offers her singing services in the final number with the infamous belter I Dreamed A Dream.
And last night she got a standing ovation from fans at Newcastle's Theatre Royal after her stint.
The stage show tells the story of her life from being brought up in a big Catholic family, up until she found fame in 2009 after impressing Simon Cowell, and the rest of the UK, on BGT.
Su-Bo put on a glittering performance last night and mesmerised fans from over 15 countries and 20 different US states.
One admirer shouted out they loved her, to which she affectionately replied: "I love you too. See you outside."
The funny yet emotional show has received good reviews and more importantly gone down brilliantly with fans.
