Holly Valance insisted Kara Tointon has nothing to worry about after she was paired up with Artem Chigvintsev in this year's Strictly Come Dancing.
The show's host Sir Bruce Forsyth warned the Kiss Kiss star: "Holly if you feel two holes burning in the back of your head, it's Kara Tointon's eyes. So be careful. Be very, very careful."
Chigvintsev and Tointon got together after winning last year's show.
Valance, who is dating property tycoon Nick Candy, said her boyfriend had been "hanging out" backstage with Tointon during filming and said the two couples will go "double dating".
Other pairings saw Anton du Beke dancing with Nancy Dell'Olio, while Brendan Cole was matched with Lulu and immediately threw her over his shoulder in a fireman's lift.
The One Show's Alex Jones, who admitted feeling "half-naked" in her skimpy costume, was paired with James Jordan while former footballer Robbie Savage teamed up with his wife, Ola Jordan, and immediately promised to be on his best behaviour.
The former Leicester City and Wales star, who admitted to having his teeth bleached for the show, said: "Not many of the girls wanted me because I live in Manchester, everybody else lives in London, so to be fair Ola is going to have to move away from James and be in Manchester so it's difficult for Ola."
He promised not to talk back to his new partner, saying: "Ola's now my teacher, what she says goes, she's the boss."
The 14 celebrities were partnered with their professional dancers in the pre-recorded launch show and now have three weeks to get into shape before they face the judges.
Half the couples will take to the floor on Friday September 30 with the remaining seven dancing on Saturday October 1 when they have to dance either a waltz or the cha-cha-cha.
