A paralysed man with a fully-functioning mind says he is "devastated" after losing a right-to-die case in Britain.
Tony Nicklinson, 58, from Wiltshire in southwest England has locked-in syndrome after a stroke seven years ago and needs a computer to communicate.
The High Court said it would not grant immunity from prosecution to any doctors who might help end his life.
