IT'S not just BEYONCE bringing home the bacon during her trip to the UK.

Man of the house JAY-Z has been hard at work behind the scenes holding meetings and sorting deals with the cream of the British music industry.

One of the multi-millionaire music mogul's top priorities was a chinwag with ADELE.

And from what I gather, she charmed the undercrackers off him when they met for lunch in London last week to discuss a collaboration.

A source said: "Jay has been making the most of his trip over here. It's not often he is overwhelmed by people when he meets them, but Adele was on top form as usual.

"She talked him under the table. He was chuckling all the way through their chat.

"He's keen to work with her, whether it's producing or writing together. She was a huge hit in the States and he believes they could make a massive record together.

"He told her he was going to Glastonbury and she gave him a guide of what to see. She said he must catch PAOLO NUTINI. She said he was the must-see act of the festival."

Jay-Z obviously listened, turning up to see the Paisley lad from the side of stage.

He also bumped into COLEEN ROONEY after his missus' headline set last night.

I wonder how he coped with the Scouse accent?

Funnily enough, while he chatted with Mrs R, WAYNE was on stage with Beyonce - at least, giant pictures of him were projected on a screen.
