The billionaire musician, 68, is tying the knot with Nancy Shevell, 51, People magazine reported on Friday, quoting a source close to the bride-to-be.
The couple have been dating since 2007.
It's the third marriage for the former Beatle, who was married to Linda McCartney from 1969 until her death in 1998. His second marriage, to Heather Mills, lasted from 2002 until a messy and expensive divorce in 2008.
