There are those who say that David Cameron's retort during Prime Minister's Questions to a heckling Angela Eagle, "Calm down, dear," exposes him to accusations of sexism, ageism, hate crime, class war, malfeasance, scandalum magnatum and praemunire so constitutionally pernicious as to be purged only by the Standards and Privileges Committee and a thorough going-over by Black Rod.
