Muamba's family say he is improving daily but has a 'long period of recovery ahead'

Bolton Wanderer's will play their first home game today since midfielder Fabrice Muamba collapsed a week ago.
Fans at the Reebok stadium will applaud for two-minutes at the exact time the 23-year-old suffered a cardiac arrest.
A huge mosaic of the player will be revealed across one side of the Reebok in a tribute, Sky News understands.
Christopher Peacock of the Bolton Wanderers Supporters' Association said the local derby against Blackburn Rovers was expected to be a sell out.
"I know people who are buying a ticket for this game simply to pay tribute to Muamba," he said.
"Fans are planning to pay tribute in all sorts of different ways. The club has been great during what's been a difficult week."
Clubs, players and fans from all over the world have sent goodwill messages to Muamba
Lifelong Bolton fans Eileen and Bill Hornby said they were deeply moved by the messages and tributes left outside the ground.
"He seems such a gentleman and we hope he pulls through," said Mrs Hornby, who has been a supporter for 60 years.
"It's been a hard week for the club, the fans and of course Fabrice's family. Everyone has rallied around them all," her husband added.
Muamba is being treated at the London Chest Hospital where he is said to be making a steady recovery.
In a statement his fiancée Shauna Magunda and father Marcel Muamba thanked everyone for their "love, prayers and support".
They added: "Even though Fabrice has made great progress over the last couple of days, he is still in intensive care and still has a long period of recovery ahead.
"He has asked that you please keep him in your prayers."
