Survivors of a crash between two high-powered cars on a motorway which claimed the lives of two men today began fighting at the roadside, witnesses have claimed.
The two BMWs were reported to have "racing" at speeds of up to 140 mph before the accident on the southbound section of the M1 near Watford, Hertfordshire.
The leading car, a BMW 5 Series, was reported to have clipped the central reservation and bounced off a bridge into the path of the BMW 7 Series in heavy rain at 2.40am.
A Mercedes C220 car then arrived at the scene and the occupants
